Welcome to Roz Hiking.

We are a friendly hiking group based in Hong Kong who do regular free weekly hikes, all over Hong Kong. Our hikes have varying degrees of difficulty, so please take a moment of your time to read the information on this website before joining a hike. Any questions, let us know and we hope to see you soon.
STAGES FIVE - SHAM WAT ROAD TO MAN CHEUNG PO
Start: Take ferry to Mui Wo and then bus to Tai O (or MTR to Tung Chung and bus to Tai O). After you see Shek Pik on your right, the bus turns right and goes uphill. Get off the bus just before the top of the hill where you see the notice board with the Lantau Trail map.

End: You must do Stage 5 and 6 together. Finishes in Tai O from where you catch a bus to Mui O or Tung Chung

Time: 3.75 hours (with stage 6)

Difficulty: The first part is undulating but the second half is flat and downhill into Tai O. A really beautiful walk - highly recommended.
